Are your bundles 100% human hair?
Yes, all of our hair is made from 100% human hair and can be colored, straightened, and curled with proper care.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
When will I get my order?
All bundles are made to order to ensure the highest quality, as we exclusively offer Super Double Drawn (SDD) hair. Please allow 10–14 business days for processing and shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Do you offer refunds?
